Our customizable, high-speed VFFS lines include up to 25-foot super sack radius, and can manage multi-size laydown pillow bags, gusseted fin seal, hole punch, tear notch, and blending for primary and secondary packaging. All primary lines are equipped with inline metal detectors, inline check weighing capabilities, and direct print LOT and UPC coding. Our expansive array of forming tubes supports many different bag sizes to meet your business’s needs.
Millennium’s horizontal flow wrapper equipment is capable of running multi-size packaging. Each of our lines is equipped with interchangeable former heads that allow for multi-width and length wrapped packaging—ranging from snack sized to full pack sized. Additionally, we offer customizable u-card and flat card fitting to meet any package type. Each of our lines supports check weighing as well as direct print LOT and UPC coding.
Millennium’s multiple high-speed rigid filling lines help to improve the efficiency and quality of the filling and packaging process. Additionally, our lines reduce costs and waste generated by using precise measurements and automated processes that minimize packaging materials. Our lines can support small to large volume fill with up to 25- foot super sack radius, automated bulk case dumpers which feed state-of-the-art multi-head scales, auto lid application, rotary screw top or snap on lids, induction seal, auto shrink band, and overlay safety seal. These lines support multi-piece label application with direct print LOT and UPC coding, metal detectors, and check weighing functionality.
Our blending and feeding systems for mixed variety streamline your production processes and ensure accuracy by maintaining consistency in your blend’s quality, quantity, and composition. Equipped with an array of hopper feeding systems, our blending systems are capable of creating up to five customized SKU selections in multiple configurations. Our system can be applied to rigid fill, fin seal bags, and premade stand-up pouches. We also provide inline printing, checkweighing, and label application for the entire service.
The high efficiency, speed, and accuracy of our automated, rotary packing machines for premade stand-up pouches help reduce labor costs, increase productivity, and minimize waste. All of our rotary lines include automated opening, feeding, and sealing functionality, and can be configured to handle a wide range of pouch sizes, shapes, and materials. Consistent with each of our Millennium lines, this service includes inline printing, check weighing, and label application.
Our automated box erectors—equipped with box forming, folding, gluing, and wrapping capabilities—maximize packaging efficiency, productivity, and consistency. At Millennium, we have the ability to receive flat-printed displays—yielding you significant cost savings.
Millennium’s comprehensive suite of filling, packaging, and assembly services includes manual assembly and display packaging services provided by our expert workforce. We offer multiple assembly lines for multi-size direct-to-consumer retail boxes, power wing displays, PDQ retail point of sale, floor-size pallet displays, and intricate, unconventionally-shaped sales packages. Our experienced workforce utilizes automated banding wrapper equipment—yielding significant operational efficiencies that enable Millennium to successfully manage large scale production.
Millennium’s state-of-the-art shrink wrapping and bundling technologies can accommodate a wide variety of products and package sizes—exceeding traditional limitations. Requiring up to 75% less material than traditional corrugated products and packaging techniques, our shrink wrapping and bundling packaging is a cost- and space-efficient choice. Our lines can utilize either clear or preprinted films, depending on your brand’s marketing needs. Label application services are also available.
Millennium’s line of semi-automated drop baggers can be configured for different bag sizes and types, and can be used to form, fill, and seal both straight seal and pre-form bags–making this line a good fit for a wide variety of products.
